Order Processing & Delivery
All in-stock orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders are typically delivered within 3-10 business days via UPS.
A $15 flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, destination, or peak-season delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, please contact info@arkenopticsusa.com as soon as possible. Requests made after 12 hours of placing the order may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Tracking
● Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent.
● You may also track your shipment anytime on our Track Order page.
● If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact info@arkenopticsusa.com within 7 days.

● We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
● We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted locations.
● Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information and a reshipment is requested, shipping fees may apply.
