30-Day Returns
All orders placed on ArkenOpticsUSA.com are eligible for return or refund within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
Important Notes:
● All returned products must be in original condition and packaging, and include all accessories or promotional items (e.g., T-shirts, hats, bags). Missing items may be deducted from the refund.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected. Processing may take 2–3 business days, with additional time depending on your bank.
● Returns beyond 30 days from delivery must be approved by Arken Optics and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Exchanges Steps
To request a return or exchange, please follow the following steps.
1 Fill out the Arken Returns & Exchanges Form with your contact information, product details, and the reason for your return or exchange.
2 Wait for Arken to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our team will review your request and contact you with the RMA number and shipping instructions.
3 Provide proof of purchase and include it with your shipment.
Defective or Quality Issues
If your product fails due to defects or quality issues, Arken Optics will cover the return shipping cost.
A prepaid return label will be provided. Return labels are valid for 60 days; if expired, a new RMA is required.
Non-Defective Returns
For returns not related to defects, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.Products must still be returned in original condition and packaging, including all accessories or promotional items.
Eligibility
● Returns and refunds apply only to products purchased from ArkenOpticsUSA.com.
● Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or unauthorized sellers are not eligible.
● Returns are limited to the original purchaser.
