All Arken optics products purchased on ArkenOpticsUSA.com are covered by a Lifetime Warranty for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Arken Optics will repair any defective product at no charge, or replace it with the same or a comparable model if repair is not possible.
*Some merchandise, such as T-shirts and hoodies, is excluded. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and proof of purchase is required.
Arken Optics products are built to perform. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that impair proper function under normal use, such as:
● Optical issues (clarity, zeroing, adjustment)
● Mechanical failures (housing, turrets, knobs, rings, mounts)
Arken Optics will assess each claim and provide repair or replacement when necessary.
This warranty does not cover:
● Loss, theft, or deliberate damage
● Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
● Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
● Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repairs
● This warranty applies only to the original purchaser
● Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty
● Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or unauthorized sellers are not covered
● Warranty coverage is valid within the United States only
● Product registration is not required
1 Fill out the Arken Aftersale Support Form with your contact information, product details, and a description of the issue.
2 Wait for Arken to issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our team will review your request and contact you with the RMA number and instructions.
3 Provide proof of purchase and include it with your shipment.
*Products returned without an RMA may not be accepted.
For returns or exchanges due to product defects or quality issues, Arken Optics will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Return labels are valid for 60 days. If a label expires, a new RMA request will be required.
Typical processing time is within 7 business days after the product is received.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Arken Optics reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
